How to Enable Registry Editor

1. Open gpedit.msc.
2. Choose, User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System.
3. Right click 'Prevent access to registry editing tools', choose 'Edit'.
4. Tick 'Enabled' and click 'Apply' button.
5. Tick 'Disabled' and click 'Apply' button.
6. Click 'OK'.
